How You Benefit From PGX
Our PGx panel analyzes your genetic makeup to uncover insights into your medication response. By examining specific genetic markers associated with medication metabolism, we can provide personalized recommendations tailored to your unique genetic profile.
Minimized Adverse Reactions
By pinpointing how your body metabolizes medications, PGx testing can reduce the risk of adverse reactions. This personalized approach minimizes the likelihood of experiencing side effects or adverse drug interactions, enhancing your safety and well-being.
Minimizing Trial and Error
Traditional trial-and-error approaches to medications can be frustrating and slow. PGx offers genetic insights that streamline the selection of precise medications from the start. Imagine your treatment beginning with what’s tailored to work for you, potentially saving you time and discomfort.
Preventing Polypharmacy
Juggling multiple medications is a challenge. PGx helps eliminate unnecessary prescriptions, streamlining your treatment plan and reducing the chances of complications.
Optimized Medication Effectiveness
PGx testing helps identify which medications are most effective for you based on your genetic makeup. This ensures that you receive treatments that are more likely to work for you, leading to better health outcomes.
Medications Covered
Our PGx test covers an extensive range of medications across 17 specialties. Since your genetic profile remains constant, a single test provides results that can be used across multiple specialties, eliminating the need for repeated testing.
